  2. Reward yourself with a combination of offers.

Packages will be delivered* within 15 days of order placed.

Certain products may take longer if they are intricate/embroidered/or out of stock; in that case, please check the shipping time on the product page to know estimated delivery time.

Delivery time is subject to factors out of our control including unexpected delays due to weather, travel or strikes. We are not responsible for delays caused due to any of the aforementioned scenarios.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email from us that lists information you need to track your package. If you do not receive the email, get in touch with us at


We are happy to accept returns for products purchased on that have not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still completely attached, and in the original form of packaging provided (box, dust bags, case, tagged, etc.) within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges work THREE ways:

  1. If you paid via a credit/debit card, you will be provided with a full refund worth the price of the product charged. You can expect a refund within 35 days of us receiving your returned order*
  2. If you paid via Cash On Delivery, we can only provide store credit for the amount of your return. You can buy something else; we have a ton of great merchandise!
  3. Love what you bought but need a different size, color or pattern? We’ll exchange it for you as long as that item is still in stock!

However, not all items qualify for a return.


Items marked FINAL SALE on their product page are not eligible for a return. Please make sure to understand what items are eligible for return before purchasing.

*We are not responsible for return packages lost en route.

We take the utmost care while packaging your items. But, in the unlikely event that the merchandise arrived damaged or faulty, you must email us a picture of the item and the tag/bar code within 24 hours of receiving it at CHIC HOUSE reserves the right to replace/resend the damaged/faulty item.

Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, will inform you and arrange for a pick up at an agreed upon time.

In case you have been shipped the wrong item (color/size/pattern/style), please inform us immediately with a picture of the product and tag/bar code.

We have made sure that the colour of products photographed and displayed on the website match as closely as possible to their real self. However, as computer screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.


Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Unfortunately, once the package has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. To cancel a timely order, please email [email protected]. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.


For customers shopping from within India:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.


On each purchase made, there is a flat Rs 200 processing fee.
